Punch and Firm uses various martial art stances to strengthen your lower body, great punch combinations to strengthen your upper body, and fantastic agility moves to get you in top shape! This workout is user friendly. Nothing fancy, just fun and highly effective exercise. You have two workouts to select from or you can combine them. Whether you're new to kickboxing or a seasoned kickboxer, Punch and Firm will challange you to get strong and ready to go live life! Lynn Hahn is an ACE certified fitness instructor and lifestyle and weight management consultant with over 35 years experience. In addition, she is an expert martial artist with a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate. Lynn operates a martial art school and provides self defense seminars in the state of Washington.
